Delete your account

You can delete your Eunoia account whenever you like. It takes a minute, and it removes everything in it.

In the app

1. Open Eunoia and go to Profile.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Eunoia signs you out, and we email you to confirm it is done.

What is deleted

Straight away, and for good:

• your account, your email address and your name;
• the stories you recorded or imported, and their audio files;
• your routines, your place in each story, and your settings;
• your sleep information: what you played, your alarm's history, your morning check-ins, your nightly summaries and your weekly reports;
• the notification tokens of your devices.

Copies in our hosting provider's backups disappear as the backups are replaced, within about a week. Feedback you sent us is kept without any link to you; ask us if you would like it deleted too. Deleting your account cannot be undone, and deleting the app from your iPhone does not delete your account.

If you cannot use the app

Write to support@eunoiaforsleep.com from the email address of your account, and ask us to delete it. So that nobody else can delete your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account and reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you signed in with Apple and hid your email address, write from the address Apple forwards our emails to, or tell us the private relay address shown in your Apple Account settings under Sign in with Apple.
